"Affordable Licensed Design Furniture"
I live in the US and got my order (two chairs made in Italy) via international shipping. QuestoDesign kept in touch with me the whole time, which was great. The delivery came two weeks ahead of their cautious estimate. The furniture is authentic, not just copies. I couldn't find this item anywhere in the US at a similar price. I'm really thankful to QuestoDesign for their quality, dependability, skill, and friendliness.

"Outstanding support from the team!"
The international package I was expecting got lost by the post office, and they wouldn’t give me any compensation. Hans quickly sent out a replacement without charging me anything extra, even though it’s a complete loss for Questo. Now that’s what I call service!

We purchased 6 Fritz Hansen chairs for delivery to the US. Claudia was incredibly responsive and truly focused on customer needs. They made me feel appreciated as a buyer by addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and to my liking, which is hard to find nowadays. We got a stunning pendant light for our bathroom, and I was thrilled with every aspect of the buying experience. It made it here to NZ in one piece - really well packed for shipping. Quick and super polite communication. I highly suggest them and will surely shop with Questo Design again.

Getting a replacement part for something from an online shop in the Netherlands while being in Australia might seem tough. But not with Questo Design. Their customer service was top-notch, with super-fast responses to my emails and quick shipping. Even when I realized I had picked the wrong part and needed to send it back, Hans at Questo Design was incredibly helpful, and they sent me the right part without charging extra for shipping. For a small order like mine, they really exceeded my expectations, and I can wholeheartedly recommend Questo Design to anyone.
